Term Of Service

Introduction

Welcome to Jetset Group’s Terms of Service. These terms outline the agreement between Jetset Group (referred to as “Jetset Group”, “we”, “us”, or “the Company”) and you, the client (referred to as “you” or “the Client”). Jetset Group is a luxury concierge and travel coordination company based in Thailand, officially licensed by the Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT). We specialize in personalized travel and lifestyle services, connecting clients with premium experiences such as exclusive nightlife access, luxury accommodations, private yachts, tours, and more.

By contacting Jetset Group and using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Our services operate on a personalized, custom-quote basis – we do not have an online checkout or “I agree” checkboxes. Instead, your acceptance of a custom quote or booking confirmation (whether via our website inquiry, email, or chat application) constitutes your agreement to these Terms of Service. Please read these terms carefully to understand both your rights and responsibilities and ours.

(For clarity, “Third-Party Vendor” or “Supplier” refers to any external party that actually provides the service you book, such as hotels, clubs, yacht operators, tour companies, etc.)

Scope of Services and Our Role

Jetset Group acts as a concierge and coordinator on your behalf, arranging services with trusted third-party vendors. This means:

  • We facilitate bookings and reservations for various luxury services (nightlife venues, accommodations, yacht charters, tours, transportation, dining, and other experiences) based on your requests.
  • We do not own or directly operate these third-party services. Instead, we leverage our network and expertise to secure you the best options. Each service you book through us is ultimately provided by an independent vendor who has its own operating terms and policies.
  • As a TAT-licensed travel operator, Jetset Group adheres to the high standards and regulations set by Thai authorities. We maintain the necessary credentials and insurance to legally organize travel services in Thailand, giving you confidence in our reliability and accountability.
  • Vendor Terms: Because our partners (hotels, clubs, tour operators, etc.) have their own rules, you may be asked to follow additional terms from those providers. For example, hotels have check-in policies, and nightclubs have dress codes and age restrictions. We will communicate any critical vendor terms to you during the booking process. By using Jetset Group’s services, you agree to abide by any relevant rules of the third-party vendors in your itinerary.

Jetset Group is committed to ensuring every arrangement is as seamless as possible. We carefully vet and select reputable providers and will coordinate all the details for you. However, please understand that our role as an intermediary means we cannot guarantee or control every aspect of the end service provided by third parties. In the rare event of any issue with a third-party service, we will assist you in resolving it, but the ultimate responsibility lies with the service provider (see Insurance and Liability below for more details).

Booking Process and Confirmation

Because we offer highly personalized concierge services, our booking process is a bit different from typical online travel sites. Here’s how it generally works:

  1. Initial Inquiry: You reach out to Jetset Group with an inquiry or request. This can be done via our website contact form, email, phone, or messaging apps. There is no automated booking engine – each request is handled personally by our team.
  2. Personalized Proposal: Based on your request, we will curate a selection of options (e.g., recommended villas, yacht itineraries, club packages, tours, etc.) and provide you with a custom quote for the requested services. This quote will include details of what’s offered and the pricing. We may communicate with you to refine the proposal until it perfectly suits your needs.
  3. Confirmation of Services: Once you review our proposal and are satisfied, you will confirm your intent to book. Confirmation is typically done in writing (for example, replying “I’d like to go ahead with these arrangements” via email or chat). At this point, we consider the services agreed upon, and we proceed to reserve and coordinate with all relevant vendors. Please double-check all details (dates, number of people, service specifics) in the proposal before confirming, and let us know if anything needs adjusting. Your confirmation means you agree to the proposal and to these Terms of Service.
  4. Payment Arrangements: After you confirm the booking, Jetset Group will provide instructions for payment. We do not process payments directly through our website for security reasons – there is no online checkout page asking for your credit card. Instead, we will arrange a secure payment method with you, such as an invoice payable via bank transfer, credit card authorization through a secure link or gateway, or other agreed method. Depending on the nature of the booking, a deposit or full prepayment may be required to secure the reservations (we will inform you of the payment schedule in advance). No charges will be processed without your knowledge and consent.
  5. Final Confirmation & Vouchers: Upon receiving the required payment, Jetset Group will finalize all reservations with the third-party vendors. We will then send you confirmation details for each service (for example: booking references, e-tickets or vouchers, itinerary outlines, or a simple confirmation message for informal arrangements). Once you receive these, your bookings are confirmed and guaranteed for the agreed dates and times. We remain available to you for any further assistance or changes needed after this point.

Important Notes on Booking: All quotes are subject to availability at the time of booking. Prices and availability can change, especially in the luxury travel sector, so a quote is not a guaranteed reservation until you confirm and payment is arranged. Jetset Group will inform you promptly if any chosen option becomes unavailable and will suggest alternatives. We strive to lock in your arrangements as soon as possible to avoid any disappointment.

By going through the above process, you enter into a binding agreement with Jetset Group to use our concierge services under these terms. If you have any questions about how the process works, we encourage you to ask – we’re here to help and to make everything clear and convenient for you.

Pricing and Payment Terms

Jetset Group provides transparent pricing tailored to your specific requests:

  • Custom Quotes: Each service or package price is quoted individually for you. The quote will typically be given in Thai Baht (THB) unless otherwise stated. If you prefer to pay in another major currency, let us know and we will see if arrangements can be made, but note that exchange rates or fees may apply. All quoted prices will include any applicable taxes, fees, or standard service charges so that you know the total cost up front. If any additional charges (such as gratuities, corkage fees at venues, etc.) are not included, we will make an effort to inform you in advance. No hidden fees – we want you to be comfortable with the cost of your experience.
  • Deposits: Many luxury services require deposits to hold the reservation. For example, a villa rental might need a 50% deposit, or a yacht charter might require payment in advance. We will clearly communicate any deposit requirements in your quote. Deposits, once paid, are typically non-refundable (subject to the cancellation policies discussed below). By paying a deposit, you are committing to that booking.
  • Balance Payments: If you pay a deposit, the remaining balance and the due date for final payment will be specified. Usually, final balances might be due a certain number of days before the service date (e.g., a hotel booking might ask for full payment 14 days prior to check-in). Timely payment of the balance is important; failure to pay the balance by the due date may result in cancellation of the booking and forfeiture of the deposit, per the vendor’s rules. We will send reminders and work with you to avoid any missed payments.
  • Payment Methods: As noted, Jetset Group does not collect credit card payments through our website directly. We value your security and prefer official channels. Payment can be made via methods like: international or local bank transfer, secure payment link (through a trusted payment processor), cash or card in person (if arranged in Thailand), or other methods agreed upon. We will provide all necessary details (bank account info, invoices, etc.) for you to complete payment safely. Always be cautious and only use the payment information provided directly by Jetset Group (if you ever receive unsolicited payment instructions that seem odd, double-check with us to avoid fraud).
  • No On-Site Charges: We will not ask you to enter any credit card information on a Jetset Group webpage. Additionally, we do not store your payment details – any credit card authorization is handled via secure third-party processors. This ensures your financial data is protected.
  • Commissions and Markups: Jetset Group may receive commissions or industry rates from certain hotels, clubs, or tour operators. We do not add extra hidden markups beyond the quoted price; the price you pay would be the same (or better) as if you booked the service directly. In many cases, our partnerships allow us to pass on preferred pricing or extra perks to you. If you have any question about the pricing of any component, please feel free to ask your Jetset Group representative for clarification. Our goal is transparency and fairness in all transactions.

Changes, Cancellations, and Refund Policy

We understand that sometimes plans can change. We will always do our best to accommodate adjustments or advocate on your behalf for refunds when possible. However, because we work with third-party vendors who have their own strict policies (especially in the luxury sector where availability is limited), there are important limitations. Below are our policies regarding changes, cancellations, and refunds:

  • Changes to Bookings: If you need to modify a confirmed booking (for example, change dates, reduce or increase the number of people, alter the itinerary, etc.), please inform us as soon as possible. We will coordinate with the vendor to attempt the change. Changes are subject to availability and the vendor’s approval. Many providers treat changes (especially date changes or significant alterations) as cancellations followed by a new booking, which can incur fees. We will let you know of any change fees or new pricing before proceeding. Minor tweaks (like a dinner reservation time adjustment) are usually fine, but bigger changes (like moving a weekend villa booking to a different month) could be difficult. We cannot guarantee that any change request will be granted, but we will make sincere efforts on your behalf.
  • Client-Initiated Cancellations: If you decide to cancel a service after it has been confirmed, please notify us immediately in writing (email or messaging). Cancellation requests will be subject to the cancellation policy of each third-party supplier. When we provide you a quote or confirmation, we can inform you of key cancellation terms if you ask (and we often highlight if something is non-refundable). In general, many of the bespoke services we arrange are non-refundable if canceled last-minute or after a certain point:

    • For example, once a hotel or villa is booked and within the non-cancellation window (e.g., 14 days before arrival), canceling it would result in losing the deposit or full payment as per the hotel’s policy. If you cancel a nightclub table booking on the day of the event, typically that is not refundable because the venue held that space for you.
We will follow the vendor’s rules: if the vendor offers any refund or credit, we will pass that on to you; if the vendor does not, we regrettably cannot provide a refund from our side. Additionally, any Jetset Group service fees or coordination fees (if separately charged) are generally non-refundable once we’ve begun arranging your request, since work has been performed.
  • Accommodation Bookings (No-Show or Date Changes): Please be mindful of your check-in and check-out dates for hotels or villa rentals. If a client fails to show up for a reserved accommodation on the scheduled dates, or leaves early/starts late beyond what’s booked, refunds are not guaranteed. In practice, this usually means the entire stay is charged with no refund for unused nights. Hotels and villas plan for your stay and may turn away other guests for those dates; a no-show is typically treated as a late cancellation. Similarly, if you attempt to check-in a day late without notice, your booking might be canceled as a no-show. Jetset Group will try to assist if extenuating circumstances caused a delay (for instance, a flight cancellation), but ultimately any compensation is at the discretion of the accommodation provider. Always communicate with us if your travel plans change so we can help manage the reservation and possibly save your booking.
  • Yacht and Boat Charters: For yacht services and private boat charters, safety is the top priority. If a scheduled yacht trip must be canceled or interrupted due to bad weather or other force majeure events (such as storms, unsafe sea conditions, or government restrictions), Jetset Group will work with the charter company to reschedule your trip within a 3-month window from the original date. We guarantee that you won’t lose the experience you paid for – you can embark on a later date when conditions are safe, up to three months out, subject to availability of the yacht. However, refunds will not be issued for weather or force majeure cancellations on yacht charters. This policy is in place because once a yacht is reserved and readied for you, those resources are committed; rather than cancel, the provider offers a flexible postponement. We understand it may be disappointing to delay a yacht outing, but this no-refund rescheduling policy ensures that both our clients and the yacht operators are treated fairly given circumstances beyond anyone’s control.
  • Tours and Activities: Many tours or activities (such as guided excursions, adventure sports, etc.) also run rain-or-shine. If weather conditions create a safety issue, the tour operator may cancel or rearrange the schedule. In such cases, we will attempt to reschedule the activity or obtain a credit for you. If rescheduling is impossible (say, you’re leaving Thailand and can’t do it later), we will check if a refund is possible under the operator’s policy. Some operators may provide refunds or partial refunds for weather cancellations, while others might offer vouchers for future use. Each case will be handled individually, but note that if the tour is operational and you simply choose not to attend (for example, deciding not to go because it’s raining lightly), that is considered a voluntary cancellation on your part and would not be refunded.
  • Force Majeure & Unforeseen Events: Aside from weather, other unforeseen events (natural disasters, political events, public health emergencies, etc.) can impact travel plans. If an event outside of anyone’s control forces a service to be canceled or significantly altered, we will invoke the vendor’s force majeure policy. Typically, force majeure situations do not entitle any party to compensation, but vendors might offer alternatives as goodwill. Jetset Group will support you in finding a fair solution – whether it’s postponing the service, obtaining a credit, or some other arrangement – but we cannot guarantee monetary refunds for these situations if the suppliers themselves are not providing them. We recommend that you have personal travel insurance (see Insurance below) that may cover trip interruptions or cancellations beyond our control.

In summary, refunds are limited once a booking is confirmed. Jetset Group does not unilaterally cancel and refund bookings unless the supplier agrees. We act in good faith to negotiate with suppliers if a change or cancellation is needed, and we will always be transparent about what, if any, refund can be obtained. If you ever have questions about the cancellation terms of a service, please ask us prior to booking, and we’ll clarify the policy for that specific service. We want you to feel comfortable with every arrangement, even in a “what-if” scenario.

Age Restrictions and Client Eligibility

Jetset Group serves an international clientele, but all clients must adhere to local Thai laws regarding age and legal capacity for certain activities:

  • Nightlife and Alcohol: The legal age in Thailand for entering nightclubs or bars and consuming alcohol is 20 years old. Therefore, any services we arrange that involve nightlife venues (clubs, bars, lounges) or alcohol (such as bottle service, wine tastings, etc.) are strictly limited to clients aged 20 or above. If you or any member of your group is below 20, they will not be permitted to participate in those specific services. Venues will check ID at entry – a passport or Thai national ID is typically required as proof of age. Please ensure that everyone in your party meets this requirement. Jetset Group cannot be held responsible if a guest under 20 is denied entry or service, and in such cases any payments for that portion of the itinerary would be forfeited (no refund), as the venue will still charge for the reserved space or package. We take compliance with age laws seriously for the safety and legality of your experience. If you have travelers under 20, let us know so we can tailor the itinerary appropriately (for example, we can recommend non-alcoholic nightlife alternatives or family-friendly venues).
  • General Age Requirement: For other services, generally the person making the booking should be at least 18 years old (the age of legal adulthood in many jurisdictions) to enter into the agreement with Jetset Group. By engaging our services, you confirm that you are an adult legally capable of making travel arrangements. If you are booking on behalf of a minor (for instance, a parent arranging a trip for a teenager), you as the adult are the official client and responsible for the adherence to these terms. Some activities (even non-alcohol related) may have age restrictions (e.g., certain adventure sports might require participants to be 12+ or 18+). We will inform you of any such specific restrictions in the planning phase.
  • Identification: All clients should carry valid identification (passports for foreigners, or local ID for Thai citizens) during activities, as age and identity may need to be verified for various reasons (hotel check-ins, club entrances, insurance forms for activities, etc.).

In short, we welcome clients of many ages, but for nightlife and drinking services you must be 20 or older. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with these legal requirements, as they ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for everyone.

Client Conduct and Behavior

Jetset Group is dedicated to providing a luxurious, enjoyable experience for our clients, and we also have a duty of care to our staff and partners. We kindly ask that clients conduct themselves in a respectful and lawful manner throughout their journey. By using our services, you agree to the following expectations of conduct:

  • Respect Towards Staff and Vendors: Treat all Jetset Group personnel, as well as any drivers, guides, hotel staff, venue staff, and other service providers with courtesy and respect. We operate in a spirit of hospitality. Any form of abuse, harassment (verbal or physical), discrimination, or unruly behavior toward our team or our partners’ employees is not acceptable. For example, using offensive language with a tour guide or disrespecting a nightclub’s staff is against our standards and may result in intervention.
  • Compliance with Laws: You must obey all local laws of Thailand during your travels. This includes obvious things like not partaking in illegal drugs, not engaging in violence or vandalism, and respecting cultural norms and regulations (such as dress codes at religious sites or smoking rules where prohibited). If you are unsure of local laws or customs, feel free to ask us for guidance—we’re happy to help you navigate Thailand’s do’s and don’ts.
  • No Illegal or Inappropriate Activity: Jetset Group strictly prohibits the use of our services for anything illegal or ethically inappropriate. This includes requests that involve illicit substances, solicitation of illegal services, or activities that might endanger yourself or others. We also discourage excessively risky behavior; for instance, if you are extremely intoxicated and a danger to yourself, our staff or partners may intervene for your safety (e.g., a driver might refuse to continue a ride if a passenger becomes dangerously unruly).
  • Adherence to Vendor Rules: In addition to laws, follow the rules set by each venue or service. If a club requires a certain dress code, please adhere to it (we can advise on dress code if needed). If a hotel is non-smoking in rooms, do not smoke inside. If a yacht captain gives a safety briefing, listen and comply. These rules are often for your own safety and to ensure smooth operations.
  • Responsible Enjoyment: We want you to have fun and enjoy Thailand’s vibrant offerings. Just do so responsibly. For example, if you’re enjoying nightlife, be mindful of your alcohol limits for your health and safety, and avoid conflicts or dangerous situations. Use the safes provided in hotel rooms for valuables, don’t leave belongings unattended in public places, etc. Basic prudent behavior goes a long way to keeping your trip pleasant.

Right to Refuse or Terminate Service: Jetset Group reserves the right to refuse service, cancel ongoing services, or eject a client from an activity if the client’s behavior is deemed illegal, dangerous, or grossly inappropriate. This step is taken only in extreme cases, but it is important for you to know. Examples of situations that could lead to refusal/termination: a client physically assaulting someone, causing severe disturbance at a venue, or insisting on involving Jetset Group in illegal schemes. In the event we must take such action, it may be done without prior notice on the ground (for immediate safety) and no refunds will be provided for any services missed as a result of the misconduct. Additionally, if laws are broken, the matter may be referred to local law enforcement. We truly hope never to invoke this clause – it hasn’t been necessary with our clientele to date – and we ask for your cooperation in keeping it that way by simply being gracious and lawful.

On the flip side, we promise that our staff and partners will also treat you with the utmost respect and professionalism. If you ever feel that anyone associated with Jetset Group is not behaving appropriately, please inform us immediately. Mutual respect is the cornerstone of the luxury hospitality experience we aim to deliver.

Insurance and Liability

Jetset Group prioritizes your safety and peace of mind. As a fully licensed tour operator in Thailand, we carry the insurance and bonding required by law, and we work with vendors who likewise often include insurance coverage for their services. Here’s how insurance and liability are addressed:

  • Insurance Coverage for Activities: Depending on the activities you book through us, insurance coverage may be included. For example, licensed tour companies in Thailand typically include basic accident insurance for participants, and yacht charters might include marine insurance for passengers. Being TAT-licensed, Jetset Group itself also maintains a level of general liability insurance for our operations. The specifics of coverage (type of incidents covered, coverage limits, etc.) will vary by provider and activity. We can provide you with information on the insurance provisions of any given service upon request. If insurance paperwork or waivers need to be signed for an activity (such as a liability waiver for a scuba diving trip), we will let you know in advance or at the time of the activity. Rest assured that we choose partners who follow safety regulations and have proper insurance in place.
  • Travel Insurance Recommendation: While some insurance is included via our services, we strongly recommend that you also obtain your own travel insurance for your trip. A comprehensive travel insurance policy can cover things beyond our scope, such as trip cancellation due to personal reasons, medical expenses, emergency evacuation, lost luggage, or other unforeseen travel issues. The insurance that comes with tours/activities is usually limited to accidents during that activity and may not cover broader problems. Having your own policy ensures you are fully protected.
  • Liability Limitations: Jetset Group will exercise all due care in arranging your services and will certainly assist you if any problems arise. However, by using our services, you acknowledge that Jetset Group’s role is primarily as an intermediary, and therefore:
    • Jetset Group is not directly liable for injuries, losses, accidents, or damages that occur during activities provided by third-party vendors, except to the extent that insurance coverage (either our own or the vendor’s) applies. Any claims or issues arising from the actual service (for instance, a hotel room issue, or an injury during a tour) will be directed to the responsible vendor, though we will help facilitate communication and resolution.
    • We do not assume liability for any consequences arising from your own actions, omissions, or failure to follow instructions (e.g., if you disregard safety guidelines on a jet-ski tour and get injured as a result, that is outside our responsibility).
    • In the unlikely event that Jetset Group is found directly at fault for something (for example, a mistake in our booking process that causes you loss), our liability will be limited to the fees you paid us for that service, or as otherwise required by Thai law. We operate with honesty and transparency to avoid any such issues.
  • Force Majeure and Outside Events: As noted in the cancellation section, events beyond our control (weather, natural disasters, etc.) are not the liability of Jetset Group. We cannot be held responsible for changes or cancellations due to these events, though we will always try to assist in finding a solution. By agreeing to these terms, you understand that some aspects of your trip are subject to global or regional events that no one can prevent.
  • Property and Belongings: You are responsible for your personal belongings during your trip. Please use provided safety boxes and take precautions. Jetset Group cannot be liable for lost or stolen items, but if something does go missing, we will certainly help you contact the relevant authorities or venues to try and recover it. Likewise, if you damage property at a hotel or in a vehicle, you will be responsible for covering those damages, and any associated costs charged by the vendor.

In summary, Jetset Group assures you that we have the appropriate protections in place and that we stand behind the services we arrange with due diligence. We will always support you in case of any mishap within the framework of the vendors’ policies and our own coverage. However, we do ask that you acknowledge the inherent limitations of liability when third parties are involved and take reasonable measures for your own protection (like travel insurance and prudent behavior). This balanced approach allows us to confidently offer you amazing experiences while managing risks responsibly.

Privacy and Confidentiality

Your privacy is very important to us. In the course of providing concierge services, we necessarily collect some personal information from you (such as your name, contact details, and preferences, and possibly passport details or dietary requirements when needed for bookings). We handle all client information with the utmost confidentiality and care:

  • Use of Personal Information: Any information you provide to Jetset Group will be used solely for the purpose of arranging and executing your requested services, and for related administrative needs. For example, we will share your name and necessary details with a hotel to book your room, or with a tour operator to schedule an excursion. We limit what we share to only what each vendor requires to confirm the service. We do not sell or give your personal data to unrelated third parties for marketing.
  • Communication: We may contact you via email, phone, or messaging apps to discuss your itinerary or send updates. By providing us your contact information and engaging our services, you consent to receive these communications. We aim to keep communications relevant and not excessive.
  • Privacy Policy: For more details on how we protect your data, please refer to our Privacy Policy (if available on our website) or ask us for our data protection practices. If a formal Privacy Policy is published, it will outline our compliance with any data protection laws and your rights regarding your personal data.
  • Confidentiality: We understand that many clients value discretion, especially for high-profile or sensitive trips. Jetset Group prides itself on a discreet service. Details of your itinerary or identity are only shared on a need-to-know basis with those involved in delivering your services. Internally, our staff are trained to handle VIP and private arrangements with confidentiality. If you have any specific confidentiality requests, please let us know and we will accommodate them
  • Data Security: We implement appropriate security measures to protect the information we hold. For instance, payment details are not stored unencrypted, and client itineraries are kept in secure systems. While using chat apps or email, be mindful that those platforms have their own privacy terms; we recommend using secure channels that you are comfortable with.

By using Jetset Group, you trust us with your personal information, and we take that responsibility seriously. If you have any concerns about privacy, please discuss them with us. We are happy to work with clients to meet specific privacy needs whenever possible.

(If you only require a brief summary: we use your data only to serve you, keep it safe, and respect your privacy fully.)

Updates to These Terms

Jetset Group may update or modify these Terms of Service from time to time as our business or regulations evolve. We encourage you to review this page periodically. The “last updated” date (see below) indicates the most recent revision. If we make significant changes to the terms, we will try to inform our current clients (for example, via email or a notice on our website). However, it is ultimately your responsibility to be aware of the current terms when engaging our services.

By continuing to use Jetset Group’s services after any updates to the Terms of Service, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree with any update, please let us know and you may discontinue using our services (though we’d regret losing you, and we’d still do our best to honor any existing bookings under the terms that were in effect at the time of booking).

These Terms of Service are effective as of the date noted and will remain in effect except for modifications by Jetset Group as explained above.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

Jetset Group is a company operating under the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Accordingly, these Terms of Service and any agreements with clients shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Thai law.

In the unlikely event of a dispute or claim arising out of your use of our services or these terms that cannot be resolved amicably through dialogue, such dispute will fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Thailand. We sincerely hope to never have disputes with our clients; our philosophy is to resolve any issues cooperatively and fairly. Nonetheless, this clause is necessary to clarify legal jurisdiction.

(Note for international clients: Thailand’s consumer protection and tourism laws are in place to protect travelers, and being TAT-licensed means we are accountable under those laws. We take our obligations seriously.)

Contact and Support

Your experience with Jetset Group should be as smooth as possible, including any questions or concerns about these terms or our services. If you have any questions, clarifications, or issues regarding the Terms of Service or any aspect of your dealings with Jetset Group, please do not hesitate to contact us. You can reach us via our official communication channels (email, phone, or chat as provided on our website). We will be more than happy to assist and explain any part of these terms or discuss your needs.

Jetset Group values clear communication and customer satisfaction. We believe that understanding these terms is part of ensuring a transparent relationship. We truly appreciate your trust in us as your luxury concierge service.

Thank you for choosing Jetset Group. We look forward to curating an exceptional Thailand experience for you. By working within these Terms of Service, we are confident that both parties – you as the client and we as the service provider – have a mutual understanding that will allow us to focus on what truly matters: delivering a memorable, worry-free, and luxurious journey for you.
